Welcome to Landmark Mews, one of the finest communities in the Washington area. In the mid-1980s, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved the Landmark Mews Development as a community of privately owned, luxury town houses with an average density not to exceed 10 houses per acre. Landmark Mews is a community of 148 homes; it is not a condo or a cooperative. Homeowners own their house and lot, but are subject to the rules of the Landmark Mews Community Association (LMCA). The LMCA owns the common areas on behalf of the community.LMCA Entrance
